SciFi and Fantasy Art: ROSES HAVE THORNS

More digital art. Technically she's a character from my novel. She lives in a future world that's a cross between feudal Japan and gritty urban dystopia. She has a love of swords, but it is considered inappropriate for a female of her status (which is sort of like a geisha nun... I know, that's a bit an oxymoron, but there you have it. :) ). She feeds her hobby by training in secret and what do you know, eventually it comes in handy.
